Spread the love…

What to put on those lunchbox sandwiches??

Here we are comparing 3 types of sandwich spreads.

The cheese spread is really high in Saturated fat and extremely high in sodium so I would say that cheese spread comes in 3rd place.

The sandwich spread is high in sugar and also quite high in sodium and has no Fibre so 2nd place for him.

Again I choose the Peanutbutter (no sugar or salt added). The sodium is only 28mg per 100g and even though the sugar content is 5.7g per 100g, there is no added sugar and the Fibre classifies is as a high Fibre content with 7g per 100g, this helps to keep sugar levels constant and actually keep those little tummies fuller for longer!
